Break Down My Marriage Or I Execute My Better Half - Nigerian Man Tells Court

55-year-old Nigerian man, Chike Eze, has solicited the Customary Court from Appeal in Lagos state to break down his marriage before he executes his better half.....
 In an appeal he recorded under the watchful eye of the court, Eze said there is no more love among he and his better half Racheal, and he needs their marriage dissolved as quickly as time permits. 

Showing up under the watchful eye of the court on Monday February tenth, Eze asked the court to break down his union with Rachael as the disintegration will "spare him from submitting murder''. As indicated by him, she has not given him harmony over the most recent two years 

"She is pushing me to the divider," Eze told the court. "On the off chance that I ought to fight back, I will execute her. I would prefer not to slaughter her, so I won't be charged to court for homicide. The best choice is for the court to end our marriage with the goal that we can head out in our own direction. She generally hits me with risky weapons which dispense wounds on me. Rachael battles and rains reviles on me consistently. She once emptied my vehicle tires and destroyed my garments on a few events. 

"The last time, she got a standing mirror and tossed it at me. The mirror arrived on me and caused serious wounds on my leg. I have a few scars on my body because of her ambush on me,'' he told the court 

He displayed photos of the wounds and scars to the court as confirmations. He said that his better half went out on different events without his assent and at whatever point he questioned her, she would state that she possessed her body and could do anything with it. 

With all due respect, Rachael denied all the charges and blamed her significant other for treachery. The case was later dismissed to a later date for additional conference.
