Abraham Ngobere, a PDP administrator speaking to Brass Constituency 3 has developed the speaker of Bayelsa House of Assembly after the Assembly's previous Speaker, Monday Bubou-Obolo moved to one side.....
Monday Bubou-Obolo who is from same Bayelsa Central Senatorial District as Governor Duoye Diri, ventured down for Ngboere who was the Deputy Speaker to develop Speaker of the House of Assembly.
